At this year’s Salesforce Agentforce World Tour in Copenhagen, Advension didn’t just show up, we showed what’s possible when AI meets immersive experience design.
We’re proud to share that Advension’s booth became one of the most visited at the event, drawing over 200 attendees out of 1,200+ on the floor. In a space packed with enterprise brands and big budgets, that kind of footfall doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when the experience itself becomes the reason to stop.
At the heart of our booth was an Agentforce-powered interactive experience: a gesture-driven, immersive game/quiz where attendees engaged in real time using hand gestures or flight controls. Behind the scenes, an agentic AI system tracked engagement, adapted dynamically, and captured structured data directly into Salesforce, all while keeping attendees at the centre of the experience.
The results went well beyond foot traffic. With a 35% active participation rate, more than double the typical event benchmark, attendees weren’t just passing through. They were playing, engaging, and converting. Around 25% of all booth visitors became marketing-qualified, consented leads, compared to a typical range of 5–15% for traditional activations.
The tech stack powering the experience brought together Salesforce Agentforce, AWS Bedrock, 3D interaction via React and Three.js, and computer vision through Google MediaPipe, an architecture that bridges the gap between physical engagement and real-time CRM data. Every interaction flowed seamlessly from the game environment into Salesforce, giving the team structured, behavioural lead data from day one.
Beyond the event floor, the activation generated over 125,000 social impressions and 45,000+ video views, extending its reach far beyond Copenhagen and reinforcing the brand digitally weeks after the event concluded.
