We leave in an era where people, especially millennials, have become more self-aware than ever before,
by choices they make, the products they buy,
and most importantly by realizing that we don’t live in a glass bell.

The question is, what do you as an organization and brand will do about it!

Technology and Culture

Anyways, what does all of this have anything to do with #marketingautomation and CRM!

There is an overall belief among organizations that investing in more IT solutions will automagically create unseen success.

I have been many years in this field and have yet to see that this is due to only technology.

The honest truth is that technology no matter of what kind, is just an enhancer, a magnifying glass of what is already there.

If the organization has a nurturing and healthy culture, the tech will most likely enhance this state.
In all other cases, it will just lead to more chaos.

Cultural Values

As an organization which our core DNA is based on these three principles (#Relevant, #Transparent, and #PurposeDriven),
when we implement a digital solution, we have to touch base on this part as well and map a trail of how can your organization shift in the right direction to truly benefit from it.

Adding one more platform in the ecosystem, whether that is Marketing Automation or CRM, also means adding more processes, protocols, and various methods, which result in onboarding more staff.

These teams have to work together, and the only critical success criteria are how well they can align to the organization’s higher purpose, and can they together see the big picture which creates the Impact!
