All Advension Services are based on a three-stage iteration flow, which we call:
“The 3Ds” – Discover, Define, Design.
DISCOVER
As part of this phase, we learn more about your business, processes, and current state. Here we map your business needs and requirements and produce the first drafts of our implementation plan. Within this phase, we create the first draft of the SoW.
DEFINE
Within the Define stage, we do our deep research. We also define success criteria, risk analysis, and risk assessment. And finally, we run interviews and surveys to learn more about your business and customers.
DESIGN
To conclude the process, we create the most important piece, the Solution Architecture. With that in place, we write a detailed Solution Design and a Technical Plan, so we can start the actual implementation.
