As a leading advisor in Financial Services and Wealth Management, Imperium needed a more sophisticated, reliable, and flexible customer relationship platform. As such, it had to be highly secure but also agile enough to adjust to the company’s daily operations and business needs.
Protecting the client’s personal data is one of the highest priorities for Imperium, but also is the overall functionality and operational agility.
So finding the right solution to address all requirements was of quintessential importance for the business.
Solution
Imperium Family Office relied on various platforms and solutions to store information and organize client data, meetings, and files.
The data was scattered and difficult to relate to, therefore a great amount of time was spent on data management and correspondence.
These challenges were causing many inconsistencies and operational friction. Ultimately the impact was on the team’s dynamics and client service and communication.
To address these challenges we have decided to configure a central platform to act as a System of Record (SoR). This platform would store all client-related information, such as households, relationships, financials, and more. This would help create a 360 customer-centric overview of all client-critical activities.
For that purpose, we have onboarded the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
The configuration had to address the overall business needs and security requirements and work well for a couple of Imperium brands and across multiple branches.
Integration with Microsoft Outlook was also configured. This enabled Imperium to log emails, create notes, and book meetings in a more seamless way.
Additionally, Slack workspace was configured to ensure better internal communication and reduce the overhead in email communication.
Results
Within a very short time, Imperium Family Office successfully onboarded all brands and branches.
The entire client base is currently safely deployed to Salesforce FSC, and the amount of internal operational friction, client communication, and security has been improved by many times.
Additionally, the improved data structure and wealth management processes in Salesforce FSC now act as a fundament onto which Imperium can further build their professional services, and improve the relationships with their clients.
Last but not least, the integration with Microsoft Outlook has empowered Imperium’s advisors with many useful features, and significantly reduced the time to manage accounts.
